What is Give Local?
Give Local South Puget Sound is an annual online giving campaign that promotes community-wide generosity and collaboration as we all come together to support nonprofits across Lewis, Mason, and Thurston counties. Every year, Give Local provides visibility to over 100 nonprofits, and this event is the Community Foundation of South Puget Sound's largest annual initiative to help build a thriving region.
Give Local helps make nonprofits' vital work possible, by enabling them to have the resources necessary to meet the community's greatest needs and challenges flexibly. In addition, 100% of all gifts made go directly to supporting nonprofit causes thanks to the generosity of residents, the Community Foundation, and event Sponsors that cover all fees during the event.
Give Local is a bright story of possibility and community togetherness. For two weeks every November, everyone comes together across all lines of difference to strengthen our communities and be a changemaker! Learn more about how it works here.
