Thurston Housing Land Trust

Thurston Housing Land Trust is a nonprofit community land trust (CLT) founded in 2018 to provide permanently affordable homeownership opportunities to low- and moderate-income residents in Thurston County. We create, develop, and preserve affordable housing using the community land trust model to allow our homeowners to build equity and financial security, and support a stable, healthy community for everyone. 

We've done a lot with a little! Thanks in large part to our amazing volunteers and donors, in the past couple of years we sold our first single-family home in Olympia, and next year will welcome six new homebuyers/families to our current project in Tumwater. We have more projects in our pipeline, but we're rapidly outgrowing our capacity.  Your donation during this Give Local campaign will significantly support our operations and let us provide more affordable homes.
