Unexpected expenses and life events like car repairs, medical emergencies, and increasingly higher utility and rent bills, all can derail a student's educational journey. Your support makes a significant difference. Here's one student's story.

Mai is a nursing student whose life changed overnight due to her husband’s medical emergency. She shared, "Last year, after I completed my first week of nursing classes, my husband had a medical emergency that ended his career. I thought about dropping out, but received so much support from the nursing faculty at SPSCC who encouraged me to continue on. Their support and the generous financial support from the SPSCC Foundation are allowing me to continue my career goals."
