For nearly 40 years, NAMI Thurston-Mason has been a place where people find help, hope, and healing. We’re a grassroots nonprofit built by and for individuals and families affected by mental health challenges—creating safe, judgment-free spaces to learn, connect, and recover together.

Today, our community needs NAMI Thurston-Mason more than ever. Like many nonprofits, we’re navigating financial challenges that have required change—including closing our Shelton office and reducing staff. But our mission remains strong, powered by dedicated volunteers, partners, and supporters like you.
