Love Covers

Give Local Thurston County – Support Love Covers!

This year during Give Local Thurston County, we invite you to help Love Covers continue stitching hope, creativity, and connection throughout our community. Our goal is to raise $10,000. This funding will enable us do the following: purchase high-quality fabrics, notions and die cutters. In addition to supplies, we need to service our large collection of sewing machines to keep them in good working order.  We will also hope to have our utility trailer wrapped with our logo!

Love Covers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in south Thurston County. We exist to connect people from diverse backgrounds through mentorship, creativity, and compassion — all centered around the timeless art of sewing. Every Love Covers event is free of charge, providing access to high-quality sewing machines, beautiful materials, and skilled mentors who guide participants through the creative process while fostering meaningful relationships.

Your gift — no matter the size — helps ensure that anyone who walks through our doors (or into our mobile classroom!) has a chance to learn, create, and connect.

Join us in helping love cover our community — one stitch at a time.
