Chehalis Tribal Loan Fund

The Chehalis Tribal Loan Fund (CTLF) was established in 2007 by the Chehalis Tribe and became a certified Native Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in 2015. As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, CTLF is dedicated to “Paving the way to financial empowerment through Education, Coaching, and Fair Lending.” CTLF proudly serves Chehalis Tribal members, employees of the Tribe and its entities, other Native Americans in Southwest Washington, and members of the surrounding community. Our programs and services are designed to build financial confidence, provide access to fair lending, and support both personal and business growth. Our ultimate goal is to help clients become financially strong and independent—empowered to choose the lending institution that best fits their needs for future financing.
